Frequently Asked Questions

How do I start my free trial?

When you first open the app, you'll be guided through a quick onboarding and then presented with the subscription screen. Tap "Start Free Trial" to begin your 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → select Best2DayEv3r → Cancel Subscription. You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged.

Where is my data stored?

All journal entries, moods, and photos are stored locally on your device. Community posts and comments are stored on our cloud database. We never have access to your private journal content.

I lost my journal entries after reinstalling the app.

Since journal data is stored locally on your device, deleting and reinstalling the app will remove your entries. We recommend backing up your iPhone regularly through iCloud or your computer.

How do I use the community features?

Navigate to the Community tab and sign in with your Apple ID. Once signed in, you can view posts, create new posts, comment, and like content from other community members.

I can't restore my purchase on a new device.

Go to Settings within the app and tap the Premium section. Your subscription is linked to your Apple ID and should restore automatically. If it doesn't, tap "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen.
